We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are starting their careers in human resources. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of HR functions, from employee onboarding and record management to assisting in employee relations and supporting HR programs and policies. You will gain hands-on experience while working closely with other team members to enhance the employee experience and ensure efficient HR processes.
Key responsibilities:-
Onboarding support: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring new hires have all necessary resources.
HR documentation & records management: Help maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Employee relations support: Provide assistance in addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Support in resolving minor workplace conflicts under guidance.
HR projects & initiatives: Assist with HR-related projects such as employee engagement surveys, performance management activities, and training initiatives. Participate in organising HR events and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or currently pursuing a degree in HRM or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
