We are looking for a motivated HR intern to support our human resources department. You will assist with daily operational tasks, recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate tracking and update HR databases.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain employee records.
Assist in drafting HR communications, emails, and policy documents.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Psychology or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
