We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team at Mohali. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with various departments for HR operations and admin-related tasks.
Prepare HR reports and handle daily documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and tools.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
