Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from different job portals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Skills Required
:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
