Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals.
Screen resumes to match candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video) for shortlisted candidates.
Support in employer branding activities and engagement initiatives.
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining recruitment documentation.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day activities.
