Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
to support our HR operations. This role offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Successful candidates may transition into a full-time role after the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative assistance in HR operations and documentation.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and culture.
Ideal Skills & Attributes:
Fresh graduates are welcome; background in HR/management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
