HR Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the
recruitment process
(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support daily HR operations and maintain employee records.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals.
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
Eligibility:
Pursuing or completed
MBA/BBA/BA/MA in HR or related field
