We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and social media
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support in onboarding and induction of new employees
Help maintain employee records and databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
Prepare HR-related documents like offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
Participate in performance review processes and internal HR audits
Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
