Responsibilities:-
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
- Contribute to the maintenance of HR records and documentation.
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and events.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function in a dynamic work environment.
