Job Description

You will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, communication, and employee data management. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions

Job Responsibilities-



Recruitment & Onboarding Support



Assist in

screening resumes

and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate and

schedule interviews

with candidates and interview panels. Send

follow-up emails

and interview reminders. Help with

new hire onboarding

(documentation, induction scheduling, etc.).

Communication & Email Handling



Draft and send

official HR emails

such as interview invitations, offer letters, and follow-ups. Handle basic employee queries via email or chat. Maintain clear communication with candidates and employees.

Calendar & Meeting Management



Schedule and organize

HR meetings

, interviews, and onboarding sessions. Help manage the

HR calendar

and set reminders for reviews, probation end, etc.

Employee Records & Database Management



Maintain and update

employee databases

with accurate information (attendance, contact details, roles). Organize digital and physical

HR documents

and files.

HR Operations Support



Assist in tracking

leaves, attendance, and timesheets

. Help with

exit formalities

like issuing experience letters. Prepare

HR reports

(attrition, hiring status, etc.).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
