Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Maintain and update candidate and employee records
Support in
employee engagement activities
and HR documentation
Conduct
induction and onboarding sessions
for new employees
Coordinate with different departments for daily HR operations
Required Skills:
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Strong
presentation and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Eligibility:
Graduate / pursuing MBA or relevant diploma in HR
Minimum
6 months of prior internship/experience
in HR preferred
