Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiative.
Handle general HR-related queries and provide administrative support
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a masters degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
, or a related field
Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality
