Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Coordinate and assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
Help manage HR databases and update internal systems with employee information.
Support performance review and feedback processes.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
