About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern

hands-on exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience Assist in onboarding new employees

Employee Engagement & Culture

Help create a positive, energetic, and inclusive work environment Support engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and celebrations Act as a bridge between employees and management

HR Operations

Maintain employee data and HR records Assist in drafting HR communications and policies Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented personality Basic understanding or interest in HR & recruitment Ability to create a positive vibe and build relationships Organized, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email
