Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

HR Recruiter

to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. From identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, you'll play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals). Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers (e.g., ATS). Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
