Key Responsibilities
Handle daily HR operational tasks and follow-ups
Maintain and update employee records and documentation
Track attendance, leave, WFH, and basic compliance data
Support onboarding, exit, and internal HR processes
Coordinate internal HR communications
Assist in preparing HR reports and operational updates
Act as operational HR support when workload increases
Requirements
Graduate in HR or a diploma course related to it.
Basic understanding of HR operations
Good coordination and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Comfortable handling confidential information
