Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies across job portals.
Support HR activities such as employee engagement, attendance tracking, and policy updates.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department.
Requirements:
Education:
Pursuing or recently completed
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong interest in HR functions and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
