Internship Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Female HR Intern

for the

night shift

to join our HR team. This 45-day internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and has the potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups) Maintain and update HR databases and records Coordinate onboarding/offboarding formalities Support performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives Handle HR documentation and reports

Requirements:

Female candidates (due to night shift requirement) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality Willingness to work night shift (3:00 PM to 12:30 AM) Own mode of transportation (No cab facility provided) Students or recent graduates in HR/Management preferred
