We are looking for HR Interns who are passionate about understanding and supporting core human resource functions. This internship is ideal for students and freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities and help maintain employee records.
Participate in HR documentation, data entry, and file management.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Support HR executives in daily operational tasks and policy implementation.
Stay updated with basic HR practices, tools, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR functions (Recruitment, HR Operations, Onboarding).
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management ability.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or related fields
