We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees and maintain personnel records.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, experience certificates, and reports.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
