and assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to real HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Help in maintaining
employee records and HR databases
Assist in HR policies, attendance, and basic payroll coordination
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior HR
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic knowledge of HR processes (training will be provided)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for HR
