to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance while learning core HR practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internship certificates
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting
Support HR policies implementation and internal communication
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed
MBA(HR)
or relevant degree
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
Good verbal and written
communication skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel and MS Word
Strong organizational and time management skills
