Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in HR operations and daily administrative tasks
Help with employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and MIS when required
Requirements
Pursuing or completed a degree in
HR, Management, or related field
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Willingness to learn and take initiative
