Job Title

: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities



Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination) Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes (as required) Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Required Skills & Qualifications



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 5000 months

Pay: Up to ?5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
