Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support job postings and employer branding initiatives
Onboarding & HR Operations
Assist in onboarding new joiners and documentation formalities
Coordinate joining formalities and induction schedules
Maintain employee records and HR MIS
Support HR team in day-to-day administrative activities
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed
MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or related fields
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office
Willingness to learn and ability to work from office
