Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Help with onboarding and induction of new hires
Support daily HR operations and documentation
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with different departments as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
