We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented
HR Intern
to support our human resources operations at Inkcast Innovations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn end-to-end HR processes, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new joiners.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing job portals.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR activities.
Help manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR operations.
Assist in organising training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices is a plus.
Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a dynamic environment.
