As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist with posting job ads on job boards and the company website.
Screen resumes and applications.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
Help with on boarding and new hire orientations.
Employee Engagement:
Support HR in organising employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in the planning and execution of wellness programs.
Maintain employee engagement data and assist with feedback surveys.
HR Administration:
Assist with employee record keeping and HR documentation.
Maintain HR databases (e.g., time-off tracking, personal files, etc.).
Compliance and Reporting:
Support HR team with maintaining compliance with labour laws.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
General HR Support:
Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related questions.
Assist in creating HR-related communications and newsletters.
Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in developing a career in HR.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
