Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate databases, track application statuses, and update recruitment spreadsheets.
Coordinate with hiring managers and understand requirement briefs for various roles.
Draft and post job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
Assist in onboarding processes such as documentation, induction planning, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and support HR operations.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
Assist in preparing HR reports, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Handle basic employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.
Participate in daily HR activities and provide administrative support wherever needed.
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
