We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling core HR functions and a passion for managing people processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain HR databases.
Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees.t.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Address day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 2-6 month of HR experience (Preferably in recruitment).
+ Good knowledge of MS Office
