About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling core HR functions and a passion for managing people processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Handle processes for new employees. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Address day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-6 month of HR experience (preferably in recruitment ). Good knowledge of MS Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
