We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and performance management. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about corporate HR practices and develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding activities such as documentation, induction sessions, and new employee orientation.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and ensure proper filing of HR-related documents.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations to promote a positive work culture.
Assist HR Managers in tracking attendance, leaves, and maintaining HR MIS reports.
Support in drafting HR emails, notices, policies, and internal communication as required.
Participate in performance evaluation processes and assist in feedback documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
