Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Help organize employee engagement programs and internal communication.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Handle basic payroll support, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.
Required Skills:
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with recruitment portals and HR software will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
