Key Responsibilities:



Assist in

sourcing and screening

candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Coordinate and schedule

interviews

with candidates and hiring managers. Support in

creating job descriptions

, posting job openings, and maintaining recruitment databases. Help in conducting

initial HR rounds

and assessments when required. Maintain

candidate records

and update the applicant tracking system. Assist in

onboarding

activities and documentation of selected candidates. Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improving hiring processes.

Skills & Qualifications:



Pursuing or recently completed

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Basic understanding of

recruitment processes and HR tools

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed). Ability to work in a

fast-paced and team-oriented

environment.
