Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT roles (Developers, Designers, QA, etc.).
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with candidates and panels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR reports.
Support onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires.
Collaborate with the IT team to understand role requirements and job descriptions.
Help organize employee engagement activities for technical teams.
Contribute to internal HR operations and policy execution.
