Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates and provide interview updates.
2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
Help with the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
3. HR Operations & Compliance:
Support in maintaining HR documents and policies.
Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies.
Help with attendance tracking and leave management.
4. Training & Development:
Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
Gather feedback from employees regarding training programs.
5. General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
