Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with drafting HR policies, letters, and performance evaluation formats.
Help plan employee engagement and training activities.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
