Key Responsibilities:



Assist in

updating internal HR databases

(e.g., employee records, leave records). Help with

screening resumes and application forms

. Support the HR team in

scheduling and coordinating interviews

Post job advertisements

on various online platforms. Coordinate and assist with

HR events and internal activities

. Prepare and maintain

HR-related reports and documentation

. Address

employee queries

and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:



Pursuing or completed

BBA / MBA in Human Resources

or a related field. Strong interest in HR operations and people management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

MS Office tools

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
