Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern - HR Intern-Internship In HR role at DigitalVia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited in Indore. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end

recruitment

: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Support in

employee onboarding & documentation

. Help maintain and update HR databases, attendance records, and employee files. Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and other documentation. Support in

employee engagement activities

and HR events. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in

HR / Management

or related field. Strong interest in

Human Resources & Talent Management

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team spirit.
