Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Help in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Support employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for HR operations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR/Management or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
