to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students pursuing HR/management studies who are looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities while learning best practices in HR management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
recruitment process
: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Support
onboarding and induction
activities for new employees.
Help maintain
employee records and HR databases
.
Assist in
attendance, leave, and payroll support
activities.
Participate in
employee engagement initiatives
and help organize HR events.
Support in drafting HR letters, documents, and communications.
Conduct initial research on HR trends, policies, and best practices.
Assist HR team in daily administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship experience in HR or administrative roles (if any).
Knowledge of HR tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
