HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process (e.g., posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns. Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files. Assist with organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Help ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and followed. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations. Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources. Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior internship or project experience in HR (preferred but not required).
