HR Intern
to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
(job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordination with candidates).
Maintain candidate databases and update HR records.
Support in onboarding and induction activities.
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and offer letters.
Coordinate with teams for employee engagement activities.
Learn and contribute to
HR operations
and daily tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a
degree in HR / Management
(MBA / BBA preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional HR environment.
