Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
Help with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Draft HR communications, policies, and reports as needed
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate pursuing or recently completed (preferably in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to work full-time from office (no remote option)
