We are seeking a proactive Part-Time HR Executive to streamline operational tasks and ensure team accountability. The ideal candidate should have excellent tele-calling skills, fluency in English (verbal and written), and the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tele-calling: Call leads, provide information, and handle follow-ups to ensure conversions.
2. Team Accountability: Ensure team members meet deadlines, follow schedules, and deliver tasks.
3. Lead Follow-Ups: Regularly track and update lead statuses.
4. Daily Operations: Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
5. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the team and management.
