Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Part-Time HR Executive to streamline operational tasks and ensure team accountability. The ideal candidate should have excellent tele-calling skills, fluency in English (verbal and written), and the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele-calling: Call leads, provide information, and handle follow-ups to ensure conversions.

2. Team Accountability: Ensure team members meet deadlines, follow schedules, and deliver tasks.

3. Lead Follow-Ups: Regularly track and update lead statuses.

4. Daily Operations: Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.

5. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the team and management.

Based in Bhopal

Strong interpersonal skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Daily Tasks Include:

1. Call 20-30 leads and update their statuses.

2. Conduct check-ins with team members to ensure task completion.

3. Schedule and manage meetings.

4. Track and report daily progress to management.

5. Maintain organized records of leads and team performance

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?6,000.00 per month
