Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and reaching out to potential leads through LinkedIn and other platforms. Roles and Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and other creative means.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to engage with passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates professionally.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools/platforms preferred.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
