Assist in recruitment activities (screening resumes, calling candidates, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction process for new employees
Help in attendance, leave records, and basic HR data entry
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Willingness to learn HR processes and policies
Organized, responsible, and punctual
Qualification:
Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post Graduation in HR, Management, or related field
Freshers / Students can apply
