Partnership Identification
: Researching and identifying potential corporate partners, colleges, or recruitment agencies for strategic alliances.
External Representation
: Acting as a brand ambassador during visits to present your organization's talent needs or services.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Pitching collaboration proposals to Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) or senior HR leaders at target companies.
Lead Generation
: Identifying new business or hiring opportunities through on-ground networking and field visits.
