Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & maintaining candidate database.
Support onboarding and documentation formalities for new hires.
Maintain and update HR MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for various HR operational activities.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Handle basic HR queries and maintain employee records.
Perform data analysis to support HR decision-making processes.
Support payroll, attendance & compliance documentation (as required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional behaviour
Internet & computer savvy with ability to research and learn tools quickly
Hands-on experience with Excel / MIS reporting
Ability to manage time efficiently and work with accuracy
Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in HR or currently pursuing HR specialization (preferred)
