Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
activities
Create and post
job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Source candidates daily
from multiple platforms
Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
Screen resumes and update candidate records in
HR ATS
Draft, review, and update
s (JDs)
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports using
MS Excel
Use
MS Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
for HR communication
Support additional HR operational tasks as assigned
Required Skills
Basic understanding of
HR and Recruitment processes
Familiarity with
LinkedIn and job portals
Willingness to work on
HR ATS
Working knowledge of:
MS Word
MS Excel
Outlook
Microsoft Teams
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable working in a
remote setup
Eligibility / Qualifications
BBA Graduate (2025 pass-out) or currently pursuing
MBA pursuing or expected to pass in 2026
